Pro-Built Control is a wholly owned Australian Company, specialising in Industrial Machine Safety, Control and Electrification

Established in 2002, Pro-Built Control specialise in a broad range of disciplines encompassing machine safety systems, process control, automation, electrification, design and engineering.

Employing full time engineering and electrical staff to bring projects in on time throughout Australia, our core facilities include:

  • Machine Safety and Control Systems
    • Greenfield and brownfield installation and programming of machine control and safety systems.
    • Obsolescence upgrades of Control and Hardware systems.

  • MCC design, fabrication and installation
    • In-house switchboard building facilities can provide turn-key MCCs from design through building and testing to commissioning.
    • Electrical engineering team to assist with electrical switchboard design, including protection studies and PLC programming.
    • Assist with maintaining older MCCs in line with AS 61439
  • Mechanical Design & Manufacture
    • Manufacture of safety guarding including machine safety guards, barriers and fencing.
    • Automated intrinsically safe safety gates.
  • Installation and commissioning - providing turn-key services.

Pro-Built Control's Head Office is located in Dandenong, Victoria, housing our engineering and research services alongside our mechanical and electrical workshop. Pro-Built Control also has an engineering presence in Brisbane, Queensland and support operations across the East Coast from Queensland to South Australia.
